What Should I Do If My Card Transaction Fails?


If your card transaction fails, please check the following:

  1. Sufficient Balance: Ensure your card has enough funds for the transaction.

  2. Card Status: Make sure your card is active and not frozen. To check if your card is active, please open the app, navigate to the "Cards" section, and review your card status. If it is frozen, simply unfreeze it to proceed.


  3. Merchant Acceptance: Verify that the merchant accepts Mastercard, as our cards are Mastercard and not Visa.

  4. Card limits: Sometimes, you may have certain card limits set on your account. If transactions are not going through, please ensure your card limits are set correctly or review them to suit your needs.
