How can I block or terminate my card?

If you need to take action on your card, you have the following options:

How to Freeze Your Card (Temporary Solution):

  • Log in to the App.

  • Go to the "Card Details" tab.

  • Select the "Freeze" option to temporarily disable your card. You can unfreeze it at any time directly from the app.


Once your card is frozen, it will look something like this: 








How to Terminate Your Card  (⚠️ Important: This action is irreversible. Once terminated, the card cannot be reactivated. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@mobilum.com):

  1. Ensure Your Card Balance is $0: Make sure there are no remaining funds on the card.

  2. Select the Card: Open the app and choose the card you want to terminate.

  3. Access Card Settings: Tap on the "Settings" option below the card.

  4. Choose "Terminate Card": Confirm with 'Yes' or 'No' to permanently terminate the card.
