How to top-up my card?

To Top-up your card, follow the steps below.

1. Login to the application and click on 'Top up'

2. Click on 'by Crypto'

3. Now, select your top-up card, choose the cryptocurrency you want, and pick the available network to continue. We’ve attached screenshots for reference, showing a user selecting their Mobilum USD card to top up with ETH on the Ethereum network.

4. After making your selections, your deposit address will appear, along with the minimum deposit amount. Now, 

a. Review the minimum deposit required for your selected token.

b. Copy the displayed deposit address and go to your cryptocurrency wallet app

c. Paste the address in your wallet, choose your desired amount, and confirm the transfer.

d. Once the transfer is completed, you will receive an email at your registered ID with the transaction details. 

5. Once your transaction is completed, open your Mobilum app and refresh it. You will see the top-up verification request in the transactions tab (screenshot for reference). Verify the top-up within the app, and once it is successfully completed, your card balance will update, and is ready to use!
