How are fees collected for transactions and services?

Until December 31, 2024:
 
  - Fees for non-cash transactions, cash withdrawals, and balance top-ups via third parties will be charged for each transaction.  
  - These fees will be collected by the 10th of the following month.  

Starting January 1, 2025:

  - Fees for non-cash transactions, cash withdrawals, and balance top-ups via third parties will be charged immediately at the time of the transaction.  
  - The fee amount will be included in each transaction.  
  - Card issuance fees will be charged when the card is issued.  
  - Monthly maintenance fees will continue to be deducted at the start of each month.  

Additional Information:

  - Mobilum Pay may offer payment and account top-up services through authorized third-party providers under separate agreements.  
  - Payment services in the Mobilum Pay app are provided by trusted partners.  
  - Fees or commissions may apply when using services from third-party providers working with Mobilum Pay, as per their agreements.
