What happens if my top-up does not get credited?
Top-ups usually take 15β30 minutes to reflect in your app. After completing your top-up, refresh the app to check your balance and the top-up amount.
If the top-up does not appear within this timeframe, please contact us at support@mobilum.com with the following details: β
- Your transaction confirmation email.
- The transaction hash.
We will review your request and provide you with an update as soon as possible. π
