If you sent your tokens to an incorrect address or a network that doesn’t belong to Mobilum, we are unable to provide assistance with refunds/reversals due to the nature of blockchain transfers.
Decentralized Ledger:
Blockchain is a decentralized, peer-to-peer network with no central authority (like a bank) to intervene or reverse a transaction.
Immutable Transactions:
Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is permanently recorded and cannot be altered or deleted.
No Ownership Verification:
Blockchain transactions are based on cryptographic addresses, not user identities. If funds are sent to the wrong address, there is no way to verify or reclaim them without the recipient's cooperation.
Automated Validation:
Blockchain nodes automatically validate transactions using cryptographic signatures. Once a transaction is validated, it is added to the blockchain, and there is no mechanism to reverse or cancel it.
Contact the Recipient: If you know the owner of the wrong address, you can request that they return the funds.
Be Extra Careful: Always double-check the recipient’s address and network before confirming a transfer.
