If your card was charged but the transaction did not complete, please be aware that refunds for such transactions are processed automatically by the merchant.

When will I receive the refund?

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refunded amount should appear in your original payment method within that timeframe.

What if I don’t see the refund after 10 business days?

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact our support team at support@mobilum.com with your transaction details and we will be happy to look into it further.

Thank you for your understanding.
